Estimated shipping delivery times:

Our dispatch times are currently 1-5 working days from when you place your order.
From dispatch:
Shipping to Europe: 5-10 business days 
Shipping to the Rest Of The World: 10-20 business days.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at help@matikaa.com noting your order number. We'll try our best to sort it out.


RETURNS

In case of a complaint or a return, please always contact us first to resolve the issue and receive further instructions at help@matikaa.com

Refund:

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

Deadline exceeded:

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition:

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Responsibility:

You’ll need to cover all the returns’ delivery cost.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Exchange:

We don’t offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order.

Damaged items:

We’re committed to making sure you’re pleased with your purchase and would replace any damaged or defective items.
You must reach out to us with the complaint within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
